END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR

Today was technically Lily's last day of school, but the last day she went was this past Thursday.  We were out of town this weekend and had a doctor's appointment in the middle of the day today, so sending her for a few hours didn't seem to make a ton of sense.

I took pictures of all the kiddos on Thursday to compare to the beginning of the year, and it really is amazing to see the way they all change so very quickly.  Time is zooming past.  (Except for the long moments when everyone, including me, is crying.)

I can tell that Violet wants to be good at taking pictures but has still not quite mastered it this year.  That and she is so stinking quick pretty much all the time.  Here's V back in August:

We kicked off summer today with a well-check for three out of four kids that included 2 hours at the clinic, two shots, one urine analysis, one blood draw and several more prescriptions.  I'm thankful that I do love our doctor and that she really is taking care of us, cause that was a doozy.  Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit more fun!
