LILY 5 YEAR & BELLA 3 YEAR MAIN STREET STUDIOS PICS

As I mentioned in the other post from this photo shoot - there were a lot of pictures.  And I am so grateful!  Luke always manages to bring out personality and quirks, and the photos are the richer for it.  He also just finished a new natural light section of his studio, and we were some of the first to try it out.  All of the pictures on the white are taken there.

Lily can be a bit squirrely to photograph, and these pictures do a great job of telling the story of who she is at five years old:  full of joy, full of life, and full of spunk.  Also, she likes to do things her way.  I cannot imagine where she got that particular trait.  Ahem.

Bella is actually the most challenging child to photograph right now.  She basically wants to do the opposite of what you ask her to do.  However, she loves her Uncle Luke, and as we kept her moving and continued to offer bribes, he was able to get some amazing pictures.  It's also worth noting that this was the day I realized she was totally potty-trained.  When we were doing these outdoor pictures, she all of the sudden said, "I need to go potty."  We were by the Admissions office of my college, so in we went, begging for a bathroom.  She made it, and all was well, and I thought, "Well, by golly.  She's finally got this."

Bella is energetic, affectionate and funny, and you can see those things in these pictures.  Here's to 3 being her best year ever.

And to cap it all off, we did get a precious one of all four children.  I cannot believe they all belong to us - I'm so grateful.  And so tired.  Just keeping it real.
