On Thursday, we played Little Rock tourists and did the trolley downtown with lunch at the River Market. Two year ago when we hung out, our children did not actually get along very well, which was really sad. Last year it was better but not fantastic. This year it was great! They loved being together, which definitely made everything much more fun.

That last picture is the only one I got of their precious baby girl, Elaina. She is one of the easiest babies I have ever been around and barely made a peep. Such a sweetheart.
Friday, Brian and I took the kiddos to the Trampline park, and I was reminded why I never go places alone. William kept trying to crawl away - this picture of Lily returning him is out of focus, but so funny.
One of our other fun outings was to a Traveler's baseball game. Because it started at 5:30, we got to enjoy almost all of the game, with a little moving around to keep the kiddos happy. The weather was gorgeous, and I was again reminded of what a pleasant summer it has been weather-wise.

These two especially had such fun together! Can't believe they are both about to start kindergarten.

Ice cream in the outfield is a great way to mix things up.

Three adults, six kiddos under six. We got this.

The babies did get restless after bedtime had come and gone, so they had to stay on the move.
The evening closed with a gorgeous sunset.

Having friends that go so far back is such a gift, and seeing our children become real friends is pretty awesome. Thanks for hanging with us, Brian and Steph! We miss you guys!
